𝐖𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 — 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 🏝️
Wendi didn’t just finish Kona — she absolutely smashed it. After a tough swim in the Pacific Ocean — where the swell and waves made sighting difficult — it turned into a true washing-machine ride back to transition. Volunteers were on hand to pull athletes up the steps as the waves and swell tried to drag them back into the ocean.

Beaver club member John made a splash at the first Rutland Night Time Triathlon of the year, finishing 34th out of 116 competitors, 26th male and 9th in his age group.

𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐧 – Ruth and Esther returned for their second year and both smashed their times from last year. The race begins with a heated pool swim before heading out onto a friendly, well-supported course. A well-earned medal (and cake!) awaited them at the finish line.

At Ironman Leeds over 2,000 athletes took on one of the world’s toughest one-day sporting events. Amongst them was Aaron who crossed the finish line in an impressive 12 hours and 41 minutes, officially earning the coveted Ironman title.
