Club Kit

We are excited to announce that we  have partnered with Swimzi to host our very own club kit page.

FAQ regarding ordering of new kit from Swimzi

1. How do I access the club shop?  https://teamwear.swimzi.com/brand/belvoir-tri-club

2. When can I place an order?  Swimzi operates on pre-order windows, which means there are specific periods during the year when the shop is open. These windows will be announced by the club in advance via email and on social media.  The window will typically open on the first day of each calendar month for a period of two weeks.

3. How do I order the new club kit?  Orders can be placed directly through the Swimzi online shop, which will be linked from the club website or sent to you via email when the ordering window opens.

4. What kit is available?

We offer a range of club branded items, including:

  • Tri-suits
  • Cycling jerseys & bib shorts
  • Running vests & t-shirts
  • Hoodies & casual wear
  • Swim hats & accessories
    (Note: Availability may vary slightly per order window depending on stock and demand)

5. What sizes are available, and how do I find the right size?  Each product on the Swimzi shop page includes a detailed size guide. We strongly recommend checking the guide before placing your order. If in doubt, reach out to Swimzi customer service for advice.  Please take note of the Swimzi returns policy (below)

"All teamwear is non-returnable. Due to the bespoke nature of teamwear, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for your items.  However, if your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, please use the ‘Faulty Item’ drop down on the contact us form and we will do our best to sort the issue for you promptly".

6. Can I try items on before I order?  Unfortunately, Swimzi does not provide physical samples for trying on directly to members. Please refer carefully to the size guides provided on each product page.  If demand is there, Swimzi can ship generic samples to the club kit manager to be viewed / tried on by members.

7. Is the kit custom-made?  Yes! All club kit is custom-made to order. Once the order window closes, Swimzi begins production. This is why it’s important to order during the window, as there’s no extra stock.

8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?  Production typically takes 6-8 weeks after the order window closes.  Please see advice below from Swimzi regarding order updates and estimated delivery times.

"If you are contacting us in regards to the status of your order, please head to your club shop page first to find details of estimated delivery dates in the Shipping Policy section. Thank you for your cooperation".

9. Can I return or exchange items if they don’t fit?  Because the kit is custom-made, Swimzi is unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please make sure to check the size guides carefully before ordering (As per question 5).

10. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?  If you experience any issues with your order, contact Swimzi Customer Service directly at contact , or speak to a Matt Hine for guidance.

11. Will there be other opportunities to order if I miss a window?  Yes! Additional order windows are planned throughout the year. Keep an eye on club communications for upcoming dates.

12. Is there a minimum order requirement?  There’s no minimum order per member, but for some items to go into production, Swimzi requires a minimum overall club order. We’ll keep you informed if any item is at risk of not meeting the minimum.

13. Do I have to be a club member to order kit?  Yes, club kit is available exclusively for current members. Non-members won't be able to access the shop or place orders.

14. What if i cannot see my size for an item on Swimzi?  We still have legacy kit available to purchase, so please have a look at the link below.

**Some items will not be available via Swimzi, until legacy items have been sold**
