This was Sarah’s first Duathlon World Championships (Sprint Distance) –and what experience it sounds! 
Sarah gave absolutely everything she had on race day, implementing hard training which improved her transition from previous races. 

Finishing in 01:13 and 3rd female British finisher means Sarah has now qualified for the 2026 World Championships (location to be announced)
