Every year we take part in the North Staffordshire Cross Country League.

There are four events at four venues across Staffordshire from September to December.

The day begins with races for junior categories and finishes with separate women's and men's races.

We have a great team spirit at the events and it's a good way to stay competitive over the autumn and winter months.

Club members' achievements are honoured at the annual awards ceremony too, with categories based on age group performance and overall placings.*

*Cross country championships are decided by the best three results calculated by dividing the age group winner’s time by your time to produce an age graded %. The highest average % score across the three best races will win.
