How many days can I book in advance?

You can book up to 14 days in advance.

How early can I gain access to the track?

Your gate PIN will go live 5 minutes before your booking time.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, click on your profile page and click on the booking tab. A cancellation option will be available for your booking.

Can I get a refund for my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, you must cancel 4 hours before your start time in order to get a full refund.

Why are slots pre-booked?

North Tyneside Council reserves the right to pre-book the track for coaching, maintenance and special events at its discretion.

What if it is bad weather?

In the event of bad weather or adverse conditions, users should do their upmost to cancel the booking. 

I can't see any slots, is the track full? 

There are 40 slots available each hour, but sometimes these are not visible if viewing the booking page on a mobile device. Use the arrows on the booking table to scroll and view additional slots. 

Can I attend with a group? 

Group bookings must be pre-authorised. Athletics clubs must book via NSP - info@nspoly.org, while schools, private, commercial or third-party groups must contact sport@northtyneside.gov.uk. For more information, see our group booking page.
