Training Sessions and Courses

UTC offers a comprehensive programme of structured training sessions for all abilities throughout the week. Our volunteer coaching team have all completed nationally recognised coaching qualifications and are experienced in all things triathlon. 

Try before you buy - Non-members are welcome to attend up to three sessions before becoming a member but please let us know before coming to a session so we can book you in.

Please also note:

  • UTC encourage their members to become members of Triathlon England as this gives them many benefits including liability insurance.
  • Anybody who attends our fitness sessions does so at their own risk.
  • Every effort will be made by the coaches to ensure a safe session and their advice and guidelines are there to help you, however, this does not make them liable for anything that happens during the session. Individuals are responsible for their own safety.
  • Please bring hydration and an extra layers for warm up/cool down. 
  • If you have any issues which prevent you from participating in any exercises please tell the coach and they will provide an alternative exercise for you.
  • We are a triathlon club and our sessions cater for all abilities, they are intended to make you sweat and get out of breath.
