Welcome to the UTC Website.

You can register with the site, so we have your contact details, you can continue on to Membership which in turn can lead to discounts when joining British Triathlon (If you want to) Once registered, you can book on to any of the training sessions.

Coached running sessions are on Tuesdays from 1800,  All levels welcome.  We usually meet at Ulverston Leisure Centre car park.  Sign in with the Coaches then off we go.

Coached Swimming sessions are:

Saturday mornings  at Ulverston Pool

Morning coached training session from 0730-0830.

Be on site for 0725 so you are changed and ready for 0730 in the pool.

Mid week training with Barrow Long Distance Swimming Club

We are currently in partnerships with BLDSC and any member of UTC can join in with these sessions at member prices. Sessions are £6 each or you can pay £48/month and attend as many sessions as you wish.

Sessions are not formally coached however several BLDS & UTC coaches will be in and swimming. These session have full use of the pool (x6 lanes) meaning everyone will be able to swim with people of a similar ability.

Session times are as follows:

• Monday 7:30pm -8:30pm
• Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm
• Friday 3:30pm - 4:30pm

There's no need to pre-book for these sessions, meet in the cafe 15 mins before to sort out bank transfer/cash payment.

You can only book a week in advance and after a session has finished. 

The  membership  system  will keep you up to date by email as to when you are due for renewal. 

MEMBERSHIP will run 12 months from the day you start
