Course content includes; Including backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly(!), tumble turns (optional), diving (optional) and maybe a wee gala on the last week. Initially, there will be 8 places booked as a block. This is for those who are at least upper-development swimmers. This is not a beginners swimmers course!
