A session for club members to get high resolution above and under water video which will be used to provide swim stroke analysis and an opportunity for feedback and correction advice. Each swimmer has a minimum of 15 mins in the Endless Pool, for warm up, pace judgement for taking video and for obtaining a set of top, side, front and under-water videos with the extremely high quality SwimPro elite performance camera system. Each swimmer will receive a full swim stroke analysis with feedback including correction advice and a set of recommended drills for improvement. £20 per participant.
