Health Walks in South Ayrshire
We offer a wide range of Health Walks designed for all ages, abilities, and confidence levels.
Health Walks are short, low-level, accessible group walks—completely free to join and led by trained Walk Leaders. Each route is risk-assessed to ensure everyone can take part with confidence.
These walks are ideal for anyone who would benefit from gentle activity and social connection:
- people returning to exercise after a break,
- those recovering from ill health or managing a long-term condition,
- or anyone advised by a healthcare professional to become more active.
Whether you’re taking your first steps back into activity or simply looking to meet new people, our Health Walks offer a supportive, welcoming way to start. Lace up your shoes and join us!
We also provide more challenging walks for anyone keen to push themselves a little further or explore more of what South Ayrshire has to offer.
