Notes from the coach

Everyone deserves the chance to learn to ride a bike, no matter their age. This session is for adults who have always wanted to cycle but have never had the chance, or returning riders who haven’t ridden for a while.

Trainers will support riders develop balance on two wheels before introducing pedalling.  

Duration: 1.5hrs  Group Size: Max 8 Venue:  Flat, traffic free - outdoor playgorund. 

What do I need? Clothes suitable for the weather conditions. We can  provide access to a bike and helmet for training. You can also use your own bike, so long as it is good working order. Our tutors can also provide advice on bicycles - including on how to make adjustments for improve comfort and control.
