Welcome to our FREE Introductory Handball Sessions for young people aged 9-12!  Delivered in parnership with Ayrshire College and the North Ayr Community Sports Hub, these engaging sessions aim to introduce the fundamentals of handball, including passing, shooting, and basic game strategies. In a supportive and inclusive environment, participants will develop their skills at their own pace, fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. Whether new to handball or with some experience, these sessions provide a dynamic and fun-filled opportunity for young individuals to enhance their physical fitness, coordination, and social skills.
