Notes from the coach

Take a break, move gently, and feel the benefits of being by the sea. This calm, welcoming session is all about supporting your mental health through simple movement and connection with nature. Set on a peaceful beach, it’s a chance to breathe deeply, unwind, and feel more grounded in your body and mind. What We'll Do:

• Enjoy a gentle beach walk at your own pace

• Try light movement and stretching to release tension (standing or seated – no pressure)

• Practice simple breathing and mindfulness exercises

• Spend quiet time noticing the sea, sand, and sky

• Optional time for journaling, drawing, or peaceful reflection

• Connect with others in a relaxed, supportive space

• Movements are gentle, beginner-friendly, and can be adapted for all abilities
