Prestwick Dementia Friendly host a weekly health walk and are welcoming new people along as part of the Ayrshire Walking Festival. Perhaps someone you know has a diagnosis of Dementia and could benefit from joining the health walk and for a coffee and chat after. 

The walk is a low level along Prestwick Promenade. A lovely welcoming group, with beautiful views across to Arran and Ailsa Craig. 

The walk starts at 11 am , the group will meet no later than 10:45 inside the RAF club in Prestwick. 

If you are new and attending this walk as part for the festival please book on so our walk leaders know to expect you. 

This walk is free of charge and accessible to all, walkers or wheelers.
