This is a 4 mile Forest Trail route. It has some sharp descents and climbs, if you use walking poles then bring them along.

Please wear adequate footwear, walking boots or trail shoes with grip. Dress for the weather and bring water and snacks. 

You must be fit for the mileage and terrain of this forest walk. 

The post code will take you to a car park off to the left, please drive past that one head straight on and we will meet at the last car park on Changue Road. If you park in the other car park you can walk down, both car parks are small, so may have to use both.
