Notes from the coach

This fun and exciting new session added to our Active Communities Programme is designed to bring the fun of the Commonwealth Games 2026 to South Ayrshire. You and the family can come along together and take part in some fun fitness circuits. You can be part of our Superhero fitness session and have some family time whilst getting a gym session in.

This will be run by our engaging Active Schools Assistant and will be a great session for all the family to enjoy.

To help our team plan and prepare for sessions, booking in advance is strongly encouraged - but not a strict requirement.

Participants are encouraged to wear suitable footwear and comfortable clothing for physical activity.
