Why have your hire fees increased?
There are a few reasons for this: (1) It has been several years since our net hire fees have been adjusted, (2) Bookings made online previously did incur booking fees. These fees are now absorbed into the total booking hire fee , (3) to help offset costs of chaghing to a new booking fplatform that will ultimately benefit all users well into the future and (4) allow us to effectively maintain a facility, 12mths a year, that will continue to be a facility of choice for individuals and local sporting groups to utilise.
Our new fees are: $37.50 per net per hour, $20 per hour for a bowling machine
Can I access the indoor facility prior to the scheduled booking time?
Yes however the code will only allow access to the centre 15mins prior to the scheduled booking time
Will I be sent a door entry code via SMS?
No, there is no SMS functionality.. The unique access code is displayed on your email booking confirmation(s).
If I have booked a net as well as a bowling machine, will the code be the same to access the main door and the bowling machine cabinet?
No, a seperate unique code will now be issued for the main door as well as the bowling cupboard lock, provided you have requested the bowling machine via a seperate booking transaction. The code provided to the main door will not allow access to a bowling machine cupboard
I've not used one of the BOLA bowling machines before? Is there a video I can watch to help familiarise with the equipment?

Can I extend the booking time or add an extra net/bowling machine after the initial booking is processed?
Yes this can be done within the booking link.
Can I book a net more than 7 days in advance?
No. If wishing to book a net(s) more than 7 days in advance of todays date, please email indoorcentre@northhobartcc.com.au or wait till your booking request is within the 7 day range
If I need to cancel an existing booking can I do this?
Yes just click on the booking you wish to cancel. An automatic refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled with at least 24hrs notice. For cancelled bookings within 24hrs notice, please contact 084 064717 to diuscuss.
For large sporting groups/cricket clubs wanting to request a recurring booking of multiple nets, can I do this online?
For now, the preferred method of coordinating a booking for larger groups who may require multiple nets is by calling 0484 064717 or email indoorcentre@northhobartcc.com.au
