Notes from the coach

Yoga is a great addition to triathlon training because it helps undo the tightness that comes from swimming, biking, and running. It will benefit anyone who suffers from stiff hips, hamstrings, or shoulders. Yoga stretches out those tight spots while building a strong core to support your body. It will lowers your chance of getting injured.

This class is suitable for anyone. Beginers are welcome.

It will be led by experienced yogi Richard Kerr. Richard has taught yoga in Glasgow for many years. He works with beginners and advanced yoga practitioners. He teaches in a range of styles - from fast and athletic, to slow and meditative.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Classes will take place in the Bearsden Hub (Small hall, first floor) - https://www.edlc.co.uk/venues/bearsden-library/
