Weekly workout class for 13 - 17 year olds. Focusing on correct movement patterns, good form, and a workout to finish!
Sessions develop gym knowldge, as well as an introduction to nutrition, recovery, and wellness.
Additional Details:
- Parking is provided on-site - you must enter your registration plate upon arrival.
- No equipment is required, but your child must be wearing suitable clothing for exercise including appropriate footwear
- It is recommend that you bring your own drinks bottles and snacks
- At least one parent or guardian must be on site for the duration of the session
- Please alert the coach on arrival if you have any special requirements for your child for the session
- Cancellations must be made before 23:30 on the day before the session for a full refund
