A fun and lively exercise class suitable for adults and children. The class will be in a Group PT style, working all major muscle groups to ensure a balanced but active workout. There is no minimum ability level and all exercises will be appropriately graded to you as an individual!
If your child is not at walking age yet, then we will provide an appropriate space for you to exercise alongside them without risk of interaction with others.

- Parking is provided on-site
- Please bring a Yoga mat if possible, we do have a small supply if you do not have one.
- Water will be provided, but we also recommend that you bring your own drinks bottles.
- At least one parent or guardian must be responsible for their child throughout the session
- Please alert the coach on arrival if you have any special requirements for yourself or child for the session
