Notes from the coach
A block of 8 threshold/endurance sessions on Thursday evening (9 - 10pm) at Tiddenfoot Pool.
Thursday 15, 22 and 29 January, 5, 12, 19 and 26 February and 5 March 2026 inclusive.
Cost £45 for the block.
