How Do I book a court?

  • Simply register, book and pay online to secure your court via ClubSpark.

When are the courts open?

  • Courts are open in line with our booking system.  

Are there concessionary rates?

  • There are no concession rates for one-off bookings.

How do I access the court after booking?

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a four or six digit code.  Enter this code on the keypad at the court entrance.
  • Tip:  Keep your confirmation email handy incase your asked to show it.

I didnt receive a confirmation email or gate code, what should I do

  1. Check your junk/spam folder
  2. Log into your ClubSpark account and view your upcoming bookings - the gate code will be listed there.
  3. Still cant find it? Email Us at askus@edinburghleisure.co.uk before your session

What if my gate code doesnt work?

  • Double check you're entering the correct code for the right location 
  • If it still doesn't work, refer to your confirmation email for any instruction
  • If your still having issues, call 07701397609 for support.  This number is manned
    • Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm
    • Saturday 8am - 5pm
    • Sunday 8am - 8pm

Can i book a court for coaching purposes?

  • No.  Only coaches appointed by Edinburgh Leisure or authorised club bookings are authorised to deliver coachign sessions on our courts.  If your interested in lessons visit our coaching page to find out more.

Can I hire equipment?

  • Unfortunatly, we do not offer this during the winter period when our pavillion located next to the play park is closed.  Our cafe pavillion is open from April - September hours may vary.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • You may cancel or modif your booking up to 24hrs in advance via your ClubSpark account.
  • Cancellations made within 24hrs are non-refundable
  • No cash refunds - any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method (this may take up to 10 working days).

What should I do if I see damage or anti-social behaviour?

  • To report court damage or safety issues please email us at askus@edinburghleisure.co.uk
  • For anti-social behaviour, contact Police Scotland:
    • 101 (non emergency)
    • 999 (emergency situations)
