Coached junior triathlon swim skills and fitness session. Minimum of one length front crawl stroke is required. Juniors to bring their own swim equipment (pull buoy, kick board & swim fins) where possible, plus two pairs of swim goggles in case of breakages. Arrival: 7.25pm wearing swim costumes/trunks under clothes. Lockers available for clothes. Very limited shower time so be prepared to shower at home. Be at poolside 7.30pm with swim goggles, swim hat and water bottle
