Booking & Access

How far in advance can I book a court?
Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

How early can I access the pickleball courts?
Your gate PIN will activate 5 minutes before your booking start time.


Cancellations & Refunds

How do I cancel my booking?
Log in to your account, go to Profile → Bookings, and select the booking you wish to cancel. A cancellation option will appear if you are within the allowable timeframe.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes. To receive a full refund, bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time.

 

Court Use & Scheduling

Why are some courts pre-booked?
Broadway Rooftop Pickleball partners with Play Pickle to reserve courts for coaching programs, social play sessions and special events. These bookings are scheduled at the venue’s discretion.

Can I book multiple courts at once?
Yes, subject to availability.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A limited number of paddles and balls are available for use, with hire options coming soon (more information to follow). We recommend bringing extra balls to avoid interruptions during play.

Is the venue supervised?
This is a self-access venue. Players are responsible for their own safety while on court.

Is personal injury insurance included?
No personal injury insurance is provided. Players participate at their own risk.

What shoes should I wear?
Non-marking, enclosed sports shoes are required.


Weather Policy

What happens if the weather is bad?
In the event of bad weather or unsafe playing conditions, do not play.

Please contact the centre as soon as possible to organise a credit.

Do I get a refund for weather-related cancellations?
Cancellations due to bad weather will be eligible for a refund or credit and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. This applies to rain and severe wind events. Please note that the centre is located on a rooftop, where occasional increased wind conditions are expected and will not generally qualify for a refund or credit.

 

Safety & First Aid

Is there a first aid kit on site?
Yes, a first aid kit is available on site.

Where is the closest defibrillator (AED)?
The nearest defibrillator is located on Level 3.

What should I do in an emergency?
Call 000 immediately in the event of a medical emergency.


Amenities & Facilities

Where are the toilets located?

  • Level 3 – near Priceline
  • Ground level – near Harris Farm

Court Rules & Etiquette

How many players can use one court?
A maximum of 4 players per court at any one time.

Can I bring food or drinks onto the court?
Water is permitted. Alcohol are not allowed on court.

Please bring your own water bottle.

Alternatively, you may purchase on level 2 food court or at Coles on level 1

Can I play music while on court?
Personal speakers are not permitted. Please be mindful of nearby players.

What happens if I damage the court or equipment?
Users may be charged for damage caused through misuse or negligence.
