Adult Bike-to-Run Transition and Duathlon training
This session focuses on sharpening bike-run transition efficiency and run pacing under duathlon-style conditions. On the closed circuit, you will work on mount/dismount skills, gear changes, and brick runs to simulate race demands.
Following the session you can extend the biking with a self-led road ride, but this is not part of the coached session. Anyone choosing to ride off-site does so at their own risk and must either hold appropriate insurance (e.g. Triathlon Scotland membership) or accept full responsibility for their own safety and equipment. You must comply with all road traffic laws and ride within your own limits.
Any off-site riding is entirely voluntary.
If you chose to ride on the Black Isle Showground (instead of off-site) please respect other athletes and give way to children.
