Kids Bike-to-Run Transition Training – Skills & Duathlon Fun
This fun-focused session helps children develop key bike handling skills, smooth transitions, and confident run-offs by taking part in drills and mini-duathlons. Riders will practice cornering, braking, gear changes and mount/dismount techniques, followed by a fast transition into running drills and short duathlon races. Activities will be pitched at different ability levels to encourage participation and learning with a playful atmosphere that will build race-day confidence.
Parents should ensure kids arrive with a bicycle in good working order and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. Water bottles and properly fitted helmets are mandatory. Please bring the run and bike shoes that your child is planning to use at any upcoming events.
