1. Collect your key
You can collect your key at club membership nights or club social nights. For details on when these are taking place, please see our Facebook page. Bring a proof of payment email or screenshot from your online payment. If you do not see any club membership or social nights planned on Facebook then contact Andrew Ruddle on 0879470931 to organise to collect your key.
2. Get familiar with ClubSpark and book a Court
All bookings are done through this ClubSpark page. If booking a guest or paying for lights usage, please go to our Stripe Link for Payment for Guest/Light Fee.
Extra tip: You can save the club's ClubSpark page to your mobile phone's home screen for easy access to book the courts.
3. Add us on Facebook
Like and share our page on Facebook. Updates regarding membership nights, social nights, coaching, events, etc. will be posted here. Our page is: Newcastle West Tennis Club Facebook Page.
4. Join our WhatsApp members' social group
Club news, tournaments, organised games, coaching updates and other information for members will be posted in this group.
