A weekly bike session delivered on the track at Bellahouston. Any type of bike will do, wear a helmet, no headphones. It is a 60-minute bike session with time at the end to run on the track. The session will develop your riding skills, speed, pacing, endurance and all-round fitness. Bring your trainers for a short brick run.
The session starts at 6:30pm with an outline of the session and a safety briefing.
