These training races are a great way for more experienced triathletes to test out their Winter training, or for those newer to the sport to try one discipline after another in a friendly club environment. The Event A 400m indoor pool swim plus 6km run (part off road) around Rother Valley Country Park and back to Westfield Sports Centre. The run course heads out from Westfield Sports College across the Car Park, up the grassy bank and out to Rother Valley following the waymarked paths. Once at Rother Valley complete a clockwise loop of the big lake, keeping left at the playground and head back to Westfield Sports College the same way, with the finish just outside the main entrance.
