Notes from the coach

This session is for members of all abilities wanting to get fitter and faster. Whether you are just starting your running journey, coming back from injury or looking for that new PB this session is for you. Unfortunalty we are no longer able to accept non mebers at these session. If you select this session and you are not a member it will charge you £55 this is the cost of the session plus the £50 annual membership fee. If you are looking to join and would like a taster session to see if we are the right club for you. Then please email northantstriathlon@gmail.com and we can arrange a taster session for you.
