Whether you're new to triathlon or looking to shave seconds off your time, this practical session will help you master the run to bike- and bike to run transition — with focused drills on mounting and dismounting the bike, smooth gear changes, and confident run starts.
What you’ll learn & practice:
✅ How to set up your transition area for speed and efficiency
✅ Safe, smooth bike mounts and dismounts
✅ Tips to stay calm and fast on race day
✅ Experienced athletes can practice flying mounts and fine-tune their transition flow
Who’s it for?
Beginner triathletes and anyone training for their first race — plus more seasoned racers looking to refine their technique.
What to bring:  Bike, helmet, running shoes, cycling shoes & elastic bands, race belt, hydration, and your race-day mindset!
