Notes from the coach

Whether you're new to triathlon or looking to shave valuable seconds off your time, this practical session will help you practice the run to bike- and bike to run transition. With focused drills on mounting and dismounting the bike. 

What you’ll learn & practice: 

•⁠  ⁠Safe, smooth bike mounts and dismounts 

•⁠  ⁠How to set up your transition area for speed and efficiency 

•⁠  ⁠Experienced athletes can practice flying mounts and fine-tune their transition flow. 

Who’s it for? 

•⁠  ⁠Beginner triathletes and anyone training for their first race.  

•⁠  ⁠More seasoned racers looking to refine their technique and practice. 

What to bring:  Bike, helmet, running shoes, cycling shoes, race belt, hydration.
