Whether you're new to triathlon or looking to shave valuable seconds off your time, this practical session will help you practice the run to bike- and bike to run transition. With focused drills on mounting and dismounting the bike.

• Safe, smooth bike mounts and dismounts
• How to set up your transition area for speed and efficiency
• Experienced athletes can practice flying mounts and fine-tune their transition flow.
