TENNIS

 

Winter League Update!

We have some great news our teams are doing great.

◦ Grade 1 ladies are still in the group stages.
◦ Grade 3 ladies are through to the quarterfinals knock out stage
◦ Grade 4 ladies are through to the round one of the knock out stages
◦ Grade 6 ladies are through to the quarterfinals and playing this weekend on Sunday away
◦ Grade 6 men are also through to the quarterfinals knockout stage.

Social Tennis this Friday the 6th December.

 **Senior Club Coaching Calendar Launch**

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Senior Club Coaching Calendar, featuring an array of new courses designed to enhance your tennis skills. An information email detailing the new schedule will be sent out today.  Poster Attached.

CJ has planned the new calendar for the next four months and last time it booked out within hours, make sure to book your spot!

SQUASH

 

Munster Squash Leagues

 

Tough luck last night for our LLTC Division 4 team, narrowly missing out on a final place with a 3-2 defeat away to Thurles

 

The team had a great run in this season's league. Well done to team captain Daniel O 'Regan and all LLTC members involved

 

Munster Leagues for Divisions 1, 3, and 5 are open for entries on Sporty HQ. The deadline for entries is 5th Jan 2025

 

There is also a Ladies Munster Squash League starting in January, it would be great if LLTC could enter a team in this event for the first time

Leinster Masters Open 2024 – Masters Tour 4

 

Best of luck to Rose Hynes who is representing LLTC at The Leinster Masters Open 2024 this weekend in Fitzwilliam and Leinster Cricket Club

 

This is one of the top events on the Masters calendar and points picked over the weekend will go a long way towards selection for the national team

Sunday Social Squash

 

Social Squash returns this Sunday from 3:30pm to 5:30pm 

 

This is a great opportunity for club members to get to know each other better and compete with players of all levels.

Art Exhibition

 

Denise Coppola will be hosting an Art Exhibition in the bar, on Friday, December 6th, at 8 PM,  This is a special evening celebrating the work of a renowned local artist. With over 30 years of experience, Denise is a beloved figure in Limerick's art community, known for her captivating and evocative pieces. This solo exhibition promises a stunning showcase of her talent. As part of the evening, Denise will raffle one of her beautiful paintings, with all proceeds supporting the Limerick Animal Welfare—a wonderful opportunity to own a unique artwork while contributing to a great cause. Don't miss this memorable event!  One of these paintings might make the perfect Christmas Present.  Cash or Revolut on the night.
