VOLUNTEER CORNER
We’re looking to put the Social Committee back together after its recent hiatus. We’d love those members who would like to get involved,to help us reform this very important committee. The social committee is usually the heartbeat of any club helping us organise our social tennis & squash events throughout the year ensuring LLTC continues to be a fun place to hang out and socialise for our members. The more that volunteer, the less work and more fun for all. It’s also a great way to give back to our club community and bring your own ideas to life!
As part of our sustainability drive at LLTC, we are investigating installing solar panels on our club house roof given it’s south facing facade. If there are any members who are knowledgeable in this space, or Solar Experts and would be happy to help and advise us through system selection, please let us know. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
For each of the above, don’t hesitate to email us at the office (office@lltc.ie) or contact any of the management committee for a chat. Thank you for your consideration.
Thank you to our ongoing volunteer group of groundsmen who continue to do trojan work keeping our grounds clean and tidy. Autumn is a particularly challenging time of year for this team with leaves and debris on courts and the crew has been working almost daily keeping your club in great condition. Be sure to thank this team when you see them next time you are in the club.
