Introduction for ladies to SQ57 from 18:30  to 19:30 on Thurs 06th of Feb.

Limited to 8 participants on the night but if full, add yourself to waiting list and another session will be run soon after.

Squash 57 is a fantastic, easy, fun sport to play and offers a more relaxed but still very competitive alternative to regular squash. Its a great 2nd game to have available for either tennis or regular squash. 

There will be a short introduction to the rules, then away you go. Squash players will be on hand to guide gameplay if needed but the game is simple, just whack the ball and have fun !
