About Us
We offer a friendly and welcoming environment to both novice triathletes and duathletes and seasoned competitors, or indeed anyone with a casual interest in swimming, cycling or running looking to meet like-minded others.
Try Us Out
Come and join us for our main club night every Thursday evening. We meet at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre at 19:30, and our mixed-ability run groups set off at 19:45. Our coached swimming session follows at 21:00.
Due to the popularity of our Thursday training session, we are limited to the number of club tasters each week. If you would like to come for a taster session, please get in touch with Claire, our Membership Secretary, at LBTri.membership@gmail.com with the date you would like to come along and whether you would like to run and swim, or join the run session only, or the coached swim session!
Alternatively, if you'd like to start with a cycle ride, come join our group rides on a Sunday morning, leaving from Tiddenfoot.
