Notes from the coach

Strength and Conditioning should be a regular key session to everyone's training. Working alongside periodisation. Giving you a strong body ready for the disciplines of multisport training A mobile, healthy athlete is a competitive athlete. This session runs from 19:15–20:15 .

*Please bring with you a yoga mat if you have one and wear non-restrictive clothing This is a standalone session bookable weekly Please meet at the carpark gates at Skipton Academy 10 minutes before the session begins where you will be met by the coach.
