Notes from the coach
This session is to introduce swimmers & volunteers to the venue and to explain the roles of the volunteers including spotters & kayakers. Open to both adult & junior members and their families (who may be looking to help volunteer) There will be NO swimming at this session. Weather permitting we will get the kayaks in the water so if you are a possible kayak volunteer (previous experience of being on a kayak is mandatory) please bring some waterproof trousers. If you have your own life vest it would be useful for you to bring this as it will safe us having to sanitise the club ones between uses. Please consider the weather and dress appropriately as it may be cold, wet, windy (or all three!) Venue : Meet at the Cafe at 6.30pm, Raygill Fisheries, Lothersdale, BD20 8HH
