Adults OWS 2022 - Ilkley Lido. 5 week block from Wed 22 Jun to Wed 20 Jul, 7.30-8.30pm. The session will be run by Adrian and be focussing on helping those new to OWS dip their toes plus those wanting to gain confidence in an OWS environment. For those wanting to bash out some structured 'longer' lengths you can do that too ! Ilkley Lido is pretty chilly so a wetsuit is strongly advised !
