The Leinster North Spring League started up last weekend with three of our women's teams competing on the road. Our Division 2 team won against Cavan playing on Carrickmacross' lovely clay courts. Sadly Division 4 women fared less well against Carrickmacross' own team, winning only one set from the eight up for grabs. Our women's "rookie" team (pictured) played away at Ashbourne and although they said the really enjoyed themselves, it was sadly another non-win for them. 

Better luck next time, and onwards & upwards for Division 2!
