21st May 2023 saw the finals of the Leinster Spring League finals. Carlingford were represented by the women's first team who had triumphed in the group matches. winning 10 of 12 encounters, then worked their way through the knock-out stages. 

Caitríona, Deirdre, Fiona & Julie showed the region what they are made of, and have a new banner to hang in the club-house. Well done, and good luck in Division 2 next year!
